Epic Universe is Universal Orlando’s fourth theme park and joins Universal Studios Florida,
Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay. With four theme parks, 11
spectacular hotels and the Universal CityWalk entertainment complex, Universal Orlando
Resort is now a weeklong vacation destination filled with the most compelling experiences
imaginable. Through a set of majestic portals, Epic Universe guests are transported to five immersive
worlds featuring jaw-dropping rides and attractions, exhilarating entertainment, delectable
dining, themed shopping and more: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter –
Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk and
Dark Universe.
The first world guests encounter when they visit Epic Universe is Celestial Park – an imaginative environment with breathtaking architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements, lush gardens nestled along shimmering waters and more. Here, guests can relax on their journey between worlds while taking in the sights and sounds around them, board a shooting comet for an exhilarating roller coaster adventure on Stardust Racers, dine on delectable cuisine, shop exclusive merchandise to commemorate their visit
and more.
Developed by the award-winning Universal Creative team and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic features an awe-inspiring collection of experiences set in wizarding Paris from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Fantastic Beasts films and the British Ministry of Magic from the Harry Potter film series. This spectacular new environment builds upon the game-changing worlds that began in 2010
with the debut of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade at Universal Islands of Adventure and continued with the 2014 launch of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida. The addition of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe creates an exciting trilogy of wizarding adventures for guests to enjoy across Universal Orlando.
In How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, guests will explore a larger-than-life world that includes exciting attractions, beloved character meet-and-greets, dining, shopping – and even flying dragons – based on DreamWorks Animation’s multi-award winning and Academy Award-nominated trilogy, “How to Train Your Dragon.” And everywhere guests look within the bustling village, they’ll find endless activity that includes active dragons in their natural habitats, sheep attempting to disguise themselves as Terrible Terror dragons, familiar Vikings walking around and interacting with guests, and so much more.
Developed in partnership between the visionaries of Universal Creative and Nintendo, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Epic Universe invites guests to enter the iconic green pipe and jump into the action of their favorite video games as they explore the world’s two areas: Super Mario Land, which features experiences inspired by the world of Super Mario, and – for the first time in the U.S. – Donkey Kong Country, which features experiences inspired by the Donkey Kong video games. The opening of Epic Universe at Universal Orlando also marks the U.S. debut of the family-friendly attractions, Yoshi’s Adventure, which can be found in the Super Mario Land section of the vibrant area.
SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Epic Universe
is Universal Destinations and Experiences’ third installment of the immersive land. Guests can also enjoy SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Japan.
Within Darkmoor – the shadowy, ravaged village in Dark Universe – guests will find monstrous adventures that thrill everyone from families to Monster fans alike. At the very end of Darkmoor, guests will find the most chilling ride Universal had ever created,
MonstersUnchained: The Frankenstein Experiment
a state-of-the-art dark ride that sends guests deep into the catacombs of Frankenstein Manor as they try to evade the grasps of The Wolf Man, The Mummy, The Creature from the Black Lagoon, the Brides of Dracula and others.
At the very end of Celestial Park, guests will find Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel
– a majestic 500-room Mediterranean-inspired escape that overlooks the excitement of Epic
Universe. Co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co, the new hotel features bright,
inviting and warm guest rooms and suites – including How to Train Your Dragon-themed Kids’
Suites, delicious dining options, a spectacular rooftop bar, entertaining amenities and a dedicated entrance into Epic Universe exclusive for hotel guests.
